Who we are
This site is operated by Racklin Hospitality Group LLC, Vienna, Virginia, United States. "We" and "us" mean that business; "you" means you, the customer.
Using this site
By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and that the information you give us is accurate.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we refund you in full.
Pricing and availability
Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice. We try hard to keep pricing and stock accurate, but if an obvious error appears we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders rather than honour a mistaken price.
Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying you also agree to Stripe's terms. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Using the product safely
The kit contains scissors. Keep them away from young children, and supervise younger players using them. The kit holds standard hockey taping supplies and is not a medical first-aid kit, despite the case styling.
Our content
The SniperAID name, logo, photography and site content belong to us. Please do not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
Warranty and liability
We stand behind the kit arriving as described and in good condition — that is what Returns covers. Beyond that, the product is supplied "as is" to the extent the law allows, and our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, and disputes will be handled in the courts there.
Changes
We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you order.
