PRIVACY POLICY

The short version
We collect what we need to send you a tape kit and nothing more. We do not sell your data. We never see or store your card number.
What we collect
- Order details — name, email, shipping address, phone (if you provide it), and what you bought.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's checkout page, not ours. We receive only a confirmation and the last four digits.
- Emails you send us — kept so we can help with your order.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, ad pixels or third-party trackers.
Two things are worth naming honestly:
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. That means your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which reveals your IP address to Google.
- Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. That is governed by Stripe's privacy policy.
Who we share it with
Only the companies needed to complete your order:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Our shipping carrier — your delivery address.
- Hostinger — website hosting, which keeps standard server logs.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 7 years to satisfy tax and accounting requirements. Support emails are kept for 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — subject to records we are legally required to retain. Email contact@sniperaid.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information. Orders should be placed by an adult.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
